Ambassador Szapáry attended the funeral of Ernő Széchényi Jr. relative of Count László Széchényi, the first Hungarian Ambassador („Minister Delegate” during 1921-1933) to the United States. Olga Major from the Embassy staff sang the Hungarian and United States anthems at the interment.
